To install the rack, you will need to drill into the bed rail. The rack comes with an extendable top cross-bar that can be adjusted to fit different bed widths. It can be adjusted to fit beds with an inner width ranging from 51" to 71". The height is 30.5" to the clearance and 28" to the cross bar. The upright mounting plate is an L-shaped plate with five drilling holes, and you will need to choose two that fit your bed rail. The hardware package includes a total of 8 bolts, nuts, and washers.

Please note that this product will not fit if you have bed covers, camper shells, or inner track systems pre-installed on the inner bed wall. If you have any compatibility issues or prefer a non-drilling option, please consult us. This rack has been weight-tested and has a loading capacity of 800 lbs. It is powder coated in matte black.

The rack features a unique design for tool box mounting, with a rope hook on the side of each upright for securing tools or loads. The shorter base support allows it to be attached to the truck rails with products such as a truck tool box.
